The Young, Black & Giving Back Institute is a nonprofit organization that fiscally supports Black-led and Black-benefitting nonprofits and provides them with a safe and collaborative space to learn and grow. I had the privilege to work as the Marketing Intern where I helped promote the seventh year of Give 8/28— the only national fundraising day for Black nonprofits, raising over $215,000 for roughly 200 organizations.
